CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
RYAN KNEISZ
Ryan has 15 years professional experience in the construction industry and comes from a family background in carpentry. Over his years of experience, he has managed construction projects ranging in value up to 15 million on an individual project basis.
Ryan’s main area of expertise is construction operations for medium to large size general contracting operations. His experiences include the management of health and safety management systems in compliance with the COR certificate of recognition program by the IHSA.

Ryan has been involved with projects in all sectors of the construction industry and has taken an active role in the industry through his work with the Hamilton Halton Construction Association, of which Hamilton Niagara Construction is a member of.

Through his experiences, he has developed exceptional construction management techniques that compliment the designs of todays generation of architects and engineers. As a contractor, Ryan believes that we must take an effective role and work closely together with the design community to bring our clients projects from the conceptional stage to the built environment. Ryan works to help his clients and their designers take their projects to the construction stage by providing a full service of construction management services.

LAURA KNEISZ
Laura has 10 years experience in corporate business administration and analytics for a fortune 500 technology company. As General Manager of Hamilton Niagara Construction, Laura applies her skill sets to the business administration and construction management project support. She utilizes her abilities in corporate analytics to provide enhanced construction budgeting and financial analysis to our clients. Laura manages our estimating department and cost database to ensure that we can always provide the most competitively priced construction services for our clients. Laura uses advanced reporting and analytics for construction management through her corporate background.
